20 square metres room in central Oslo available, in apartment, 4th floor (no elevator). The room is most suitable for 1-4 persons, but extra beds is possible for short time rent. The room has a big window, and a lot of day light.

Price from 250 NOK per person per night; if single person from 290 NOK per night. Ask for price offer for your number of people in the room and number of nights!

The room has access to bathroom at the same floor, with shower and toilet (shared with only 1 person). Use of washing machine included, and also internet and electricity/ hot water/ heating. I can also arrange sheets included. There is a microwave oven in the room, and a fridge with a small freezer, but no regular oven (so the kitchen facilities are very limited). No smoking or pets allowed in-door.

Very central located in the multi-cultural area of Tøyen/Grønland. Only 5 minutes to walk to Tøyen tube station. All tubes stop at Tøyen tube station, so this is very convenient, but if you stay in the center you don`t need to use tube or bus, as it`s not far to walk.

Only 5 minutes to walk to Grønland main street, with shops, tube (station Grønland), and international restaurants, pubs, shopping centre etc. 2 minutes by tube to Oslo Central Station/Jernbanetorget. 15 minutes to walk to the main street of Oslo (Karl Johans street), Oslo Bus terminal, Oslo central station and shoppingcentres “Byporten” or “Oslo City”. Bus or train from/ to the airport will stop at Oslo Bus terminal or Oslo Central Station. 15 minutes to walk to “Grunerløkka”, with a lot of shops and bars. There is a convinient store in the first floor and 3 others within 5 minutes to walk. Within 5 minutes walk there is a large park/ garden open for everyone (“Botanisk hage”), and the Munch Museum is nearby.
